1. About us. Maison Miel Bakes ("we", "us") is a home bakery operating in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders. All orders are taken only on WhatsApp (+91 89518 08681). Adding items to the basket on this website does not create an order - your order is placed when you send it to us on WhatsApp. After you send it, we call you to confirm the details. All items are baked to order; please order at least 3 days before your delivery date. We may decline or limit orders based on capacity.

3. Payment. Payment is 100% in advance, collected offline via UPI or bank transfer after we confirm your order on the call. Your order is confirmed - and baking begins - only after full payment is received. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order is final.

4. Cancellations & refunds. Because every order is baked fresh specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before paying. If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed order for any reason, we will refund your payment in full.

5. Delivery. We deliver only within Bengaluru. Delivery is arranged personally and coordinated on WhatsApp; there is no live tracking. Please provide a complete, accurate address and be reachable on the phone number you share. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may not be possible and no refund will be due.

6. Allergens & food safety. Our bakes are prepared in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Eggless options are available on request, but we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of any allergen. Please tell us about allergies before ordering. Consume products fresh and store as advised.

7. Product appearance. Our products are handmade; minor variations in appearance, size and decoration from photos are natural and not a defect.

8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

1. What we collect. Only what's needed to bake and deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address and any notes you add. We collect it when you send your order to us on WhatsApp.

2. How we use it. To confirm your order (including calling you), collect payment, and deliver to you. We may message you on WhatsApp about your order. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

3. What we don't do. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, except as needed to deliver your order or where required by law.

4. Where your data lives. Your order details exist in our WhatsApp chat with you. This website has no accounts and no server database - the basket and address you type are stored only in your own browser (see Cookie Policy).

5. Third-party services. Ordering happens over WhatsApp and we're reachable on Instagram - your use of those apps is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Your choices. Ask us anytime to delete your details from our chat history, and we will. You can also clear your browser data to remove anything saved on your device.

The only cookies we care about are chocolate chunk.

1. No tracking cookies. This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not follow you around the internet.

2. Local storage. To make ordering easier, your basket and the delivery details you type are saved in your browser's local storage - on your device only. This information is never sent to us until you choose to send your order on WhatsApp.

3. Clearing it. You can remove this saved data anytime by clearing your browser's site data for this website.

4. Third parties. No third-party scripts run on this site.
